To think colleague should mind her business?

Colleague asked if I was going into the office tomorrow I said no (it’s not even one of my set office days) and she said our manager wont like that. Manager has said nothing to me about coming in and he would.

I’ve seen her try and boss other people around too, she constantly refers to me as a “junior” in my role despite me having the exact same job title as she does. Like if we were both doctors and she keeps saying “in your junior doctor role” - I do correct her but she insists I’m a junior.

I just can’t be bothered and find this behaviour exhausting.

Just ignore her.

I think I'd start doing the same back to her.

Ignore her. She wants a reaction.
