Pregnant-abdominal pain-nausea-what do I do

I’m 10 weeks pregnant. Had no morning sickness so far.

My toddler woke me up at about 1:00am and I felt pain in my lower right abdomen. I wasn’t able to go back to sleep due to the discomfort pain. I’m also feeling nauseous and at about 4:00 had to go pass stool.

The pain seems to be getting worse and now can feel some discomfort on my lower back. The pain in the lower right abdomen get’s worse when I move.

What do I do?

Go straight to A&E could be ectopic

Yes, you have symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy. If you haven't had an early scan which confirmed that your pregnancy is in the right location then go to A&E.

@Hellpp How are you? Flowers

I called 111, they had a doctor call me back. He said to monitor and call back if things get worse but no need to go to A&E as yet. Appendix, urine infection and ectopic was suggested as possibilities.

Still have discomfort and very bloated, but nothing severe. Starts to seem to me like digestion issues. Actually get’s better when walking, think the night and be still in bed made it worse. But going to go to A&E tomorrow early morning if the night repeats.
