More than £500, less than £600.

RedTulipsSpring · 30/04/2023 16:48

In terms of purchase cost of car? £0 I own it outright but clearly it has a cost to upkeep.

Mortgage is £1300.

Andanotherone01 · 30/04/2023 16:48

No car repayment as bought them outright. £695 mortgage but moving soon and it will be £1200

Dacadactyl · 30/04/2023 16:48

Sorry, that doesnt include petrol, so that would add about 140 more.

Nw22 · 30/04/2023 16:49

Combined 1100 but soon to increase to 1400

Cincinnatus · 30/04/2023 16:49

House £0
Car £250 per month
Car 2 £0
Petrol maybe £100 max?

Muchtoomuchtodo · 30/04/2023 16:49

Car costs are insurance - approx £35 a month, tax about £15 a month and fuel which varies massively according to what we do at the weekends.

we’ve recently paid our mortgage off which is amazing.

bomanicious · 30/04/2023 16:49

Mortgage £550 and electric car, charging on the overnight EV rate is approx £60 per month.

So £610 ish.

Divorcedalongtime · 30/04/2023 16:50

Rent £1200 car varies but £150+

Theelephantinthecastle · 30/04/2023 16:50

£2800 mortgage

No car but approx £150 a month in public transport/bike maintenance

Startuplife · 30/04/2023 16:51

Mortgage is £1360
DP’s car is £250 on PCP
I have an old banger that only costs me about £40 in fuel a month as I only really use it to go to the gym or the supermarket

dietcokelime · 30/04/2023 16:52

About 2.5k, just mortgage and car payments. Excluding fuel / insurance / home bills (gas and electric etc).

Other car costs - Insurance paid annually, about 2k for both, servicing is fairly expensive so normally 2k a year ish, fuel about £6-700 a month. Not including any new bits needed for the cars. Valet about £1-200 a month for both depending how the weeks fall.

MojacaSunset · 30/04/2023 16:55

House is owned outright so no mortgage or rent.
We have 2 cars, they are both owned outright (8 & 9 years old.)
Annually we probably pay about £2000 to cover MOT/service/insurance/tax/servicing and repairs.
