Context?

Adult human or 2 year old child?

KateyCuckoo · 30/04/2023 16:37

For a 6 month old baby? Yes

For a 6'3" man? No

Underweight from what point of reference? For my height I've got a range of about 2.5 stone in the 'healthy ' range.

Honestly for me not really, I put on about 10 pounds last summer from drinking a crate of Stella every day, so for me not really. If you feel you're underweight I'd recommend choosing your favourite lager and just drinking lots of it and you'll pack the weight on no problem. Only issue is if you don't like lager.

I gained 20lb from drinking WKD every week a few times... no other diet changes

I don't like lager or wine Grin
