Have you ever felt like your brain's swelling?

Because that's how I've been feeling the last couple of days. I suppose if I had to explain it to a doctor I'd say 'I have a headache' but I have this really distinct feeling of pressure within my whole head and face, like everything inside is swelling and going to explode. Am I crazy or is this a thing?

In case anyone ever comes across this - turns out I'm very anaemic, so if you ever have a similar feeling probably worth getting your iron levels checked!
