I've just started a separate thread about taking a new role, as I'm felt I'm not left with much choice at the moment.
It made me think about whether I've been a been stitched up because of my maternity leave.
I've returned to many changes. My operating territory has been drastically reduced and I now share it with another person ( whereas I didn't before )..
I also have been given the geographical short straw. It's really an unusual way to draw up a territory, but they've done it. I've never seen it done before, in this way and I think it drastically reduces my chances of success at the company.
Is this just what happens and I have to get on with it ? I don't think I'll last long.
