I realise these are broad topics but I just want to learn more and feel I don’t know enough about these things

Ummm …. You aren’t going to get any sort of understanding of such a wide range of topics without reading a lot of books. You might get a more helpful response if you choose one or two of these topics to focus on first. Your local librarians might be able to help.
