God, if DD says 'mum' 1 more time I'm going to go insane

She's nearly 3.5.

And every single time it's "mum, can I ...mum...can I do this mum".

"Umm, mum. Mum is it ok if I do this mum?"

Enjoy it! Before you know it she'll be a teen and won't talk to you. (See my previous posts! )

My daughter still does mumumumumumumumumumumumum (she's 14... sorry to tell you that).

'mummy mummy mummy?'
'what darling?'
'mummy mummy mum?'
'what?'
'mummy mummy mummy mummy!'
'WHAT??!?'
'mummy! Why aren't you listening to me?'
'Im listening, what is it?'
'....'
Then 30 seconds later starts again from the top. Repeat for 3 years.

In short, solidarity OP. You are not unreasonable. It's basically a form of torture. You do not have to 'enjoy' this just because later stages also have their frustrations.
