AIRBNB = Always In Retreat But Never Beaten

I STRONGLY suggest anyone booking an airbnb apartment always to use PAYPAL as the payment method, I was being taken for a complete fool by their "Airbnb" CHESS strategy of use the PAWNS first to try and wear down the complainant in the hope they will "Just give up"! well i did'nt give up and eventually turned to Paypal whom i had chosen as my form of payment. Within 72 hours of contacting Paypal i had a FULL refund of the cost of the accommodation back in MY bank account, i am now in the process of claiming back the total cost of the holiday £5k claiming "Negligence" against Airbnb based on the fact that they accepted the hosts description of the accommodation, which the host admitted in writing was not as he had described it before the booking and payment.
Moral .......USE PAYPAL.

I hate the use of those ridiculous acronyms, it really distracts from what might be a genuine complaint by making the user look a bit childish.

anyway, lots of ranty capitals but no actual substance to your complaint there. I’d suggest a lot more info is needed.
