I visited the town centre and the tor for the first time this weekend, eagerly anticipating a feeling of dread and heaviness as promised by numerous MN threads I’ve read. At best, i expected to leave feeling cynical and indifferent.
It was bloody lovely! bonkers, accepting, quirky, friendly, spiritually uplifting, and unlike anywhere i’ve ever been before. Clearly the ley lines agreed with me 😋I’m almost disappointed!
