I bought a washing machine last November, first Sunday of the holidays it was just dead. Checked fuse and plug, both ok, so called the company to book a repair, nothing till this coming Thursday. Just had a message to say it’s been cancelled and next appointment is next week! I live rurally (but not in the middle of nowhere) so private washing machine repairers are thin in the ground. But this will be three weeks without being able to wash, we are all down to desperation wardrobes, my son and daughter can’t get their uniforms washed, running out of towels, no laundrette or family who could help. I’ve been hand washing undies and socks. It’s an utter joke.
