I fell over around 2 months ago and landed on my knee. It bruised pretty badly, but I could still walk on it. However, 2 months later and there is still a very faint bruise there just under the knee cap, like a shadow under the skin. It feels tender if I press it and I can't kneel on it as it really hurts.
All my other bruises healed fine so I'm not worried about a blood clotting disorder or anything like that, but I just don't know why my knee hasn't healed. It's a really minor thing so I feel like I'd be wasting the doctor's time, but at the same time if I kneel on my knee it is really painful. I'm 30 and otherwise healthy for context.
WIBU to go to the GP about it?
