Took my 12yo to a concert last night, drove three hours to get there, had an amazing time, not once did dh txt to see if we got there ok, neither on the way home to see we were ok. This morning he hasn't asked a single thing about it, I am soooooooo grrrrrrrr. was also told on sunday that we don't do valentines do we. Why oh why am I with him!!!!!!!!

I'm kinda going through the same thoughts today...bloody men!

Really am starting to hate his attitude, he doesn't seem to give a s**t about anything to do with me!

Maybe he wanted to go to the concert with you?

Maybe he's a wee bit jealous of your relationship with your 12 yo?

Make him feel special today, if it works greatr, if it don't GIVE HIM HELL!!

poshwellies · 14/02/2008 10:40

Well, valentines is cancelled in our house.Bollocks to it,I can't be arsed-fed up with ME making the effort all the time *slumps off all wound up

MeImAllSmiles · 14/02/2008 10:43

Everyone was asked if they wanted to go. Dh has 'problems' and one of them is that I have to drag everything out of him, ie, will have to say, don't you want to know how we got on last night etc. I've had enought. The fact that he didn't even check we were ok really takes the biscuit!

Well, my dh wouldn't do the texting thing either. He would assume we were OK unless informed otherwise.

But he would ask about it the next day.

yeah dont see why he would need to text at all but agree it would have been nice if he'd shown an interest this morning.
