Sorry to be so dull but I am actually so irritated by this ridiculous task of trying to buy a wall mirror for our hallway!!!

I'm not very fashionable or interested in what's cool for houses. I just want a nice home and I think a simple oak (or fake oak..I.dont care but i mean the colour) framed mirror would look nice in our hallway. The sideboard is oak and the staircase is oak...so it'd match. Needs to.be biggish. 120 x 60 max, size is flexible. Willing to pay up to £150 but could be swayed higher for a really nice one.

Anyway I though this would be extremely easy to find. Nope. I usually look at Dunelm and Wayfair but they have nothing. Not a single one.

Closest I've seen is oak furniture land but they want £65 delivery! £65!!!!

There's one in the range but it looks really shit and cheap...like the woods not going to be finished properly.

Anyway I've just been browsing dunelm and I'm baffled by all the weird choices. Odd wonky ovals and mirrors cut out in the shape of dogs, mirrors framed in diamontes and with window panes???Who buys this shit??! (Actually I quite like the window panes but that's not what I want!)

Is there a reason I can't buy a classic wooden framed mirror???

Am I now so incredibley old, my taste in home furnishings is now also out of fashion?? We're in early 30s. Our house is modern and quirky but I like good classic bits of furniture that aren't "fashion" peices.

Can anyone recommend somewhere to look? The gap on our wall is doing my head in.

Secondhand/charity furniture shop. There are a couple of good ones nearish to us and they both have a selection of mirrors.
