Arrgh! Is this just me or do other people experience this document hell....
You know when you are asked to do something - like draft a document - like a letter or something - and you know you have done one that is almost exacly the same as the one you need to do.
So you look for it in your files. Can't find it. Can't remember the name of it. Yet are so sure it will save you time you keep looking. Still can't find it. Keep looking.
Time it takes you to find it - if you ever do - would have been better spent just starting again. I hate this.
