Back of mouth and tongue sore from congestion ??

I am really struggling...

My nose is completely blocked, ears are blocked and if that wasn't bad enough the back of my tongue, roof of my mouth is really really painful.

I'm really struggling. The only thing helping is sudofed blocked nose spray ( I know I need to be careful not to take it for too long ). I got no sleep last night and I'm completely alone looking after my kids today and really really finding it hard to get comfortable at all.

What's this in my mouth? It's not my throat, it's my mouth. I can't see any spots. My son has just recovered from HFM, hence it must be that surely ?

My jaw and teeth also hurt from all the congestion.
