To feel like my time isn't worth anything?

Had a meeting arranged with the school for Monday afternoon (has to change my hours at work to accommodate this)
About 2 hours before the school called and rescheduled. Agreed to today, again I've had to ask my work to be flexible.
1 hour before the meeting I receive an email ( not even the courtesy of a phone call) to say the meeting has now been cancelled. Luckily I had changed my day off or I wouldn't have even picked the email up as we don't have access to phones or personal emails except at lunch time.
AIBU to feel a bit peeved that the teacher involved doesn't feel like my time is worth anything?

will a phone call do the job? might be easier to arrange

Unfortunately not, it needs to be face to face. It has now been rescheduled for the Thursday after the return to school.

Why does it have to be face to face? What's the meeting about?
But yes, at the meeting, I'd politely but firmly say you don't appreciate being made to twice re-arrange your working hours only to be cancelled last minute without explanation

YANBU. Pretty arrogant of the teacher to mess you around like that.

It's because I have made a complaint about a teacher

Is it the Head you are meeting? I guess they are pretty busy if things pop up like safeguarding issues etc. Or is it the teacher you are complaining about that the meeting is with?

It is the head of year 9 and the head of modern foreign languages. I have made a complaint about a teacher of mandarin.
