Had a dream I won the lottery and realised a lot…

I know this is probably a bit trivial but thought I’d post it anyway.
I had a dream I won £4 million last night, but it was scarily realistic. The dream was all about me listing everything I can finally get, but not just a house deposit or a new car or a holiday. It was also things like “I can finally replace my broken mirror!” “I can finally get my car fixed!” “I can finally buy some food that isn’t bare basics!” “I can finally get my hair done and get my acne scars lasered!” “I can finally get my nails done!”

I work such a heavy 9-6 job where I’m constantly burnt out and tired in the evenings. But it made me realise that even when doing this, when my life revolves around work, I actually have no money for the things I actually need or want.

I know this is such a third world problem, but it’s so bloody depressing isn’t it?!

Ahh, I've had the same. Talking about tis very hypothetical situation with DH and BiL I said I'd book us all in at the dentist, get whatever we needed doing done., cleaning filling, maybe even straightening and some whitening. Also, new glasses for me and DD, and a proper check up, all bloods etc at the doc. BiL (who is proper old school successful businessman millionaire type) looked at me in astonishment and said "but why don't you do that anyway?!?!"
Errm, why do you think? 😳

It would be lovely for me to help out my friend and buy her a place and my own family , but also for those things that need saving up for or her put onto the back burner and probably will always sit there ( like the hygienist , maybe a private consultation for my health issues etc)
Money can make life much more comfortable , it's not always about the car or the house or the materiel things.

I'd get my teeth done. Get health problems sorted. Stuff like that. Not having to worry about bills. Be lovely.

I was thinking about the person in the UK who woke up on last Saturday morning, £111.7 million richer having scooped the Euro Millions on Friday evening.
Oh my !
Now that's life changing.
