To consider a non surgical am lift

I've recently managed to lose 7.5 stone and I have been left with some pretty (well not pretty at) crepey skin and really sagging arms.
I've recently had lipo for Lipoedema on my legs which was expensive and also very painful so I am keen to explore non surgical alternatives to a brachioplasty.
Or am I kidding myself that cool sculpting or similar will help and I may as well save up and go all on and have the arm lift?

Anyone had an arm lift that could give me advice please?

Do NOT have Coolsculpting. I had it at their ‘landmark’ clinic and it was both excruciating and a con. They ended up having to refund me.

Oh no really? That's awful I'm sorry that happened to you. Did you get an alternative treatment elsewhere instead?

I considered coolsculpting but read a few horror stories and so it's a no for me. Read about Linda Evangelista....I lost 4 stone and would love a treatment to tone up my skin...

It's crazy that the clinics are allowed to advertise procedures that don't work!
I think I am kidding myself and I will need an arm lift - I've just had large volume lipo for Lipoedema and can't face another op!

I was at a clinic that does cool sculpting recently and was told very clearly it does not work for loose skin, only for fat. And that’s by a clinic selling it.

I am not sure there is anything effective for loose skin apart from surgery tbh.

@toooldtobeamum
Do you mind me asking about your lipo? I have lipoedema too and I’m looking at surgery options (though I’d like to try and lose some weight first). Did you go abroad or have it here? How was your recovery? I hope you’re feeling good!

I had it here in the UK and I've not been impressed so far with the results or the aftercare.
It is also VERY painful recovery - but it is early days so I am hoping the results will show!
I'm not sure if you can message people on here - I'm mainly a lurker but if you want to/can message me I can give you the low down!

@minipie thank you. It's refreshing when places are actually honest isn't it!
I've been looking into Lipofirm for my stomach, the arms and thighs are past help without a surgeon 😳 and my poor boobs!
