My sister's fiance has gone to stay with friends after saying this to her. She's heartbroken, but I think she might have to accept that the relationship is over. I haven't said this to her obviously, but she's so in love with him she'll do anything to make him happy. He's said he'll come back if he misses her.

That's a strange thing to say. Has something happened that they can discuss and maybe work on? Or is he just bored and going to see if he can do better?

She must be heartbroken but she needs to value her own worth, and that means not being an option. She should not be waiting in the wings for him to decide whether or not he wants to be with her. By making that statement and walking out he's made his choice. She deserves better!

No MH issues that I know of. I think it's just an excuse to find someone else, or maybe there is already someone else.

it doesn't sound like anything you say will change how she feels 😣so jets just hope he stays away & shows his hand sooner rather than later. It'll hurt, but kess than getting back together & going through this again in time!!
