I know I've posted in the wrong section but traffic etc I want opinions asap as I'm stressing. Has anyone got positive things to say about fertility vitamins such as conceive plus?

I used conceive plus. Got pregnant very easily at 42...
Again at 44 but mc. Presumably age related not the lube!
