Buyers not updating order as received on vinted!!!

I'm new to the app and it's starting to bug me!!! So my parcels are saying on yodel that they delivered to the people but it's not updating on vinted that it's received and the buyers are not letting me know they received their items!!! How many days will I wait before asking them did they receive it's been a day so far???

Vinted will do it automatically (5days I think) if they don't report an issue.

You need to relax, they probably haven’t had time to look at it properly and aren’t going to mark it as ‘everything is okay’ until they are sure it actually is.

The app is just bugging me in general as I posted stuff and it's not coming up I shipped it smh

No, it won't do it automatically. I had one buyer sitting quietly on my delivered item for 2 weeks until I thought to check tracking on Yodel website and it got me so wound up! I messaged her straight away then with a screenshot of Vinted own policy telling her what to do.

I'd say wait another day as they have 48 hrs to report an issue from delivery. After that, there's no excuse for not updating the status. If they still refuse or ignore you, complain to Vinted.

For the buyer they have to confirm that not only has it been delivered, but that everything is ok with the item. So many reasons why a person might not do that within a day of a parcel literally being delivered - they might not be home, they might be busy and haven't opened the parcel to check the items etc

Oh and OP I am having the same problem, some orders not automatically updating as shipped even though they have been. Some are updating though. Something is wrong with the app now I think.

I thought that too I think it's down or something
