I come from a very abusive childhood father and step father sexually abused me, very dysfunctional family dynamics I “escaped” by marrying a young soldier I was a teen I had my son at 19 he has just had a offer for his masters! And he’s going to get a first in his degree he’s not had the easiest of times being a squadie kid then diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in y6 then moving yet again again and again in second year uni 3 months later then to be fair totally smashing life got very poorly during 2022 no doctors or hospitals taking notice endingf up with a stoma all this whilst working in a “full” time job so proud but also in awe of What that little seed that was destined for nothing has turned out despite his birth
