To ask for hopeful stories of life going from horrendous to good? so sad today

Lone parent, ex very difficult. Money tight. Used to be in a good job but who knows now. Isolated from friends who are in work. Late thirties so feel like I won’t meet anyone now. Lost a close family member recently. Best friend moved abroad. I’m so low.

i Met my husband when I had a child already. Now happily married. Plenty of men willing to take on a lone parent. Many women ave their first child at 40 nowadays so definitely not to late to start again. Sorry you’re feeling low

20 years ago.unhappy relationship, very over weight ,no confidence.started uni in my 50s. You know how you sometimes look at the end of a novel you have started and see characters you haven't got to yet and surprise situations? Life can be like that. You will think " how did I get here?" Hang on in there .
