What's a good job these days?

I'm going back to work within a year, and I've been our of work for so long basically starting again.

I have time to go back into education and get
it right this time. The only problem is i don't know what a good job is.

I used to want to be a teacher but after working in a school I am sure I don't want to do that (and I wasn't even a teacher)
What else is there? I used to think having a job I cared about was the most important, but now I'm thinking if me and dh ever split, I'll need to raise my children, buy a house/ car etc on my own so I'd like something with good pay.

Any ideas? My last role was a ta 10 years ago! and I was there less than a year before having my baby and several more since

Really it depends on your aptitude & skills?are you creative?numerate?caring
Your skills and abilities will determine what’s a good job for you
Actuary is well paid, you. You need to be numerate and analytical
So what are you actually good at?
