This is not an AIBU - just posting here for traffic.
Last Tuesday, 8 March, I received a package via DHL. It was addressed to me so I opened it. From the contents, it was obvious that it was intended for someone else - it contains someone else's belongings.
I emailed DHL about it and they replied just yesterday to say that DHL Parcels and DHL Express are separate entities, and that I needed to contact DHL Express. I have done so, and they have written to say: "Please confirm you have spoken to the shipper". I do not know who shipped it. The only labels on it were wrong ones, addressed to me (and identical to the labels on a package I received at the same time that was actually for me).
So anyway, thought I'd post here to see whether anyone is missing a package!
It's a cardboard box with these dimensions:
Height: 26cm
Width: 29cm
Length: 36.5cm
If you think it might be yours, feel free to DM me and let me know what's in it. I feel it is DHL's responsibility to find the rightful owner, but as they have not yet done so, maybe it will speed things up to post on here!
