Fairly new to Vinted, managed to sell a few of DD’s old clothes. Thought I’d try and get rid of a frame and rug I have. Both sold, great. Only the postage options Vinted provide don’t actually cover large items! Contacted Vinted who were very unhelpful and kept sending me a generic reply telling me to cancel the transaction, repost and then select the correct posting option to cover the large item. Issue is, it doesn’t give me an option to send something very large so how on earth can I select the correct shipping option when it’s not there?!?
arghhh. I don’t think I’m the only one with this problem as I purchased a large (ish) item and the seller has just messaged me saying she is having the same problem!!
I am not very tech savvy so if any Vinted experts have cracked how to send a large item please let me know in a simplified way! Am I incredibly stupid or is this a common issue Vinted has?!
