To think the Last Leg 'wastes' their guests?

I have got out of the habit of watching the Last Leg, saw it tonight and it covers loads of stuff, but mostly its the hosts chatting. I adore David Harewood who was one of three main guests, and he barely got asked anything at all.

I'm amazed its still going. It's really boring now.

Yes, I agree. I used to really like it but I seem to have given up on it now. I love it when it’s a special one eg every day of the paralympics.

I agree about the guests - I remember watching one last series (or last but one) with James Acaster, who I was really looking forward to seeing, but he may as well not have been there.

A lot of the “off the cuff” jokes, seem very scripted too. I know that they are, in the main, as on most comedy shows, panel shows, etc. It’s just they’re not very good at making it seem improvised.

They're too busy laughing at literally anything any of them say. Whether it's funny or - usually - not.

They just literally laugh at stupid comments between themselves

This show has just been an embarrassment for ages now. No idea why it hasn't been binned.

It was initially brilliant but lost its way a few years ago now for me.

I quite like it still (sorry, I’ll slope off to bed now). I always have a chuckle and find it easy entertainment. Each to their own.

Yeah, it used to be a lot better. I also thought David Harewood was underused tonight.

Frankly that sounds like a good thing. I find I dislike him more and more with everything I see him on!

I stopped watching it when they started bashing jk Rowling, but I noticed the guest thing a while back. I think COVID broke it. Prior to that they had the guests on the sofa with Alex and Josh and there seemed to be a lot more convo with them.

Agree with PP about James Acaster, amazing comedian and he didn’t have much chance to speak.

Adam singing or doing impersonations makes me cringe.
