Love vinted HOWEVER I returned an item with agreement from buyer. Done this before no problem.

Sent item back to address generated on label. Buyer never picked up the item and now when they go to the shop they say the item is not there.

I know they don't keep over a certain period of time but the item hasn't been returned to me and all tracking info lost.

Buyer now saying not going to refund me as not received item back yet.

HELP! this happened to anyone else?! What was the outcome

You returned something to the SELLER. You now need to contact vinted for their advice. Remember that you are the BUYER or you'll really confuse the hell out of their customer service!

I agree, I got some trousers and they weren’t the brand or the size she said they were, I’d have to pay £3 postage to return them and I only paid £3 +postage for them anyway. I didn’t bother.

Who is responsible for the return service?

I agree. I received a dress for my baby. It was advertised as very good and only worn a few times. It Was a light blue and white dress. Itcame a dull grey colour with bobbling all over it. To return I had to pay £3 postage, I only paid £4 for the dress. So I will use as a garden/messy play dress
