I've been playing plague Inc pretty much all day. You start as a virus and try to spread it to the whole world before they can cure it. What's your favourite games or apps?

I've been playing Forge of Empires for about 7 years 😳

WhoWants2Know · 07/03/2023 18:54

I play Pokémon Go when I'm out because there are plenty of Mumsnetters to play with.

My current chill out game is Cats & Soup. I think it was an advert in another game that I clicked on out of curiosity and now I want to finish it.

WeAreAllLionesses · 07/03/2023 18:55

Wordle, Hurdle, Phrazle, Waffle.

Love a word challenge!

ghostyslovesheets · 07/03/2023 18:56

Candy Crush ! Old skool!

melisma · 07/03/2023 19:02

Def Merge Dragons. I'm completely addicted 😬

Mabelface · 07/03/2023 19:22

Homescapes is perfect to zone out with.

IchWill · 07/03/2023 19:27

Redecor was an awesome game until recently. It's a money grab now. That said, I still play it and spend no money, just play less often.

Still playing Candy Crush. Level 4501, don't think I'll ever complete it.

Yahtzee with Friends too.

They are the three I play the most.

Iwouldlikesomecake · 07/03/2023 19:27

Killer sudoku.

BlueSpark · 07/03/2023 19:29

Toon blast, royal match, block blast and Tetris. Ideally something to turn off my excessive inner monologue before bed.

CremeDeSudo · 07/03/2023 19:31

Also Merge Dragons, I've been playing that for aaages, Klondike I've been playing for years too. I've also just discovered Royal Match which is ok for a bit of mindless gaming while watching telly 😆

Robin233 · 07/03/2023 19:31

Toon Blast - Toy Blast

teddyclown · 07/03/2023 19:33

Match 3D - quite addictive

SocksAndTheCity · 07/03/2023 19:35

Pokémon Go and I play every day. Most of my Pokémon friends are from Mumsnet, I think 😀

Try weaver

I play cribbage. quite addicted.

PacificallyRequested · 07/03/2023 19:36

I like Threes and Two Dots.

Wellillsayitifnoonelsewill · 07/03/2023 19:36

Homescapes and then Township for a long time. But then they started getting greedy and making it difficult to progress unless you “paid” for extras, introducing more and more competitive elements etc which you couldn’t complete. I got frustrated and sacked them off

i started playing solitaire grand harvest about 18 months ago and recently that’s been going the same way 🤬

Mamazita · 07/03/2023 19:36

Candy crush and Pokémon go for me. Play them both daily

I used to play Pokemon Go all the flippin time. Finally kicked it into touch recently when I realised I was never satisfied even after catching a legendary as it wouldn't be perfect IV or not a shiny or not wearing a hat or...

I realised it was just (obviously) designed to keep me slightly disappointed all the time and wanting more. It got a good chunk of my life anyway.

Plirtle · 07/03/2023 19:38

Royal Match. Its mindless but satisfying

NewChange · 07/03/2023 19:40

SimCity Buildit and Two Dots. I used to play Don’t Starve loads.

XenoBitch · 07/03/2023 19:40

I have been enjoying Phase 10 lately.

jerrywesterby · 07/03/2023 19:40

Home design for a better version of homescapes, lovely designs and no annoying storyline !
Project Highrise, build office and apartment blocks, free play or lots of scenarios.... paid for game but no ads! Fab retro style.
Pocket trains also fun

FortofPud · 07/03/2023 19:41

Bounce.

It was a game a had on a Nokia circa 2005 and had loved wasting many an hour on. I searched for it on the app store just in case and tada, there it was! Very simple but addictive, and doesn't require internet.

DutchCowgirl · 07/03/2023 19:42

Mario Kart Tour is my favourite game on my phone. Too addictive!
