I had a really bad haircut last week - think a Rachel at the front and Kajagoogoo at the back! Even my mum says it's a mullet.
I explained what I wanted but she cut it too short on the top and left the back really long when I had asked for some off the length. It was all straightened and made lovely with a blow-dry and it was only next day I could see what a mess it looked. My kids keep laughing at it and no-one would believe this is after a cut and not months before!
The problem is the hairdresser was really nice and told me all about her life and I wouldn't want to make trouble for her with the salon. I have made an appointment to go back and hoped she would realise it was to tidy it up for no charge but I think they're going to ask for another fifty quid! Should I just cut(!) my losses and go to another place or just have a ponytail with hair coming out of it until it grows or I get fed up and go to another salon? I don't want to embarrass her in her workplace but they are going to want to know if she doesn't charge for the hair I suppose?
