He use to love veg and would always ask for more broccoli or sweetcorn but now won’t touch any of it. I have started buying more fruit for him but I’m a bit gutted to be honest as all my kids were brilliant eaters. I am still putting it on his plate but he is leaving it every time.

Is this a faze? Or is that just it now. I’m not sure what I can do I have begged and pleaded with him but it just ends in tears.

And try to send on play dates with veg eating friends - peer pressure is much more effective than parental pressure Wink

Mine is the same and brought up n fruit and veg
I make her eat some fruit and veg before a treat and use hidden veg sauces for pasta

also try milkshakes made with blended strawberries or bananas?

At 6 don’t turn it into a battle.

Have three like you. All had picky phases. All stopped in their teens. You have two older non picky eaters. You know what works for them.

He is six, this isn't him forever. He won't be keen on spiderman or playing Lego or whatever his thing is forever. He will probably eat a normal range of veg as he gets older. Serve it, chill, he'll grow back into it.
