To ask what to take if you want to get pregnant?

Not right now but in a year or 2 years time… can I start taking any vitamins to start prepping my body?
I've got regular periods, but they are super light (like I only have about 1-2 days proper bleeding)

any advice? Anything at all? I get so worried about this 😞
