Ok I'm a bit bias as my partner has this accent. Mine is more towards generic 'South East' iyswim. I've been watching some 80s sitcoms on the repeat channels and just really like hearing this accent. My partner's parents were both from Yorkshire originally and sounded nothing like him so I'm surprised he's as 'Blimey Guv'nor' as he is ! - not complaining though
