To move the rubbish outside neighbours?

My next door neighbours are lazy and messy but always polite to me when I see them out and about. An example of their messiness is that despite them having a decent sized back garden, they left mattresses, broken down beds and lots of binsacks outside their garden in the shared alley until I reported flytipping to the council and they took it all away.

The neighbours also often leave binsacks and carrier bags just strewn around next to their overflowing bins. Other neighbours leave anything like that in their own back gardens.

Now, I have seen that in the alleyway, opposite my house, there are three carrier bags of empty bottles. This may have been because the recycling bins were being emptied at the end of last week, but despite me bringing their bin up (they never do) and plonking it besides these carrier bags, another bloody bag has appeared!

I can't be certain it's them who has left the carrier bags out, but they're the messiest and laziest by far. They do this with paper recycling too, which ends up littering the alley with the wind.

As I don't know that the contents of the carrier bags are theirs for sure, WIBU to stick them beside their recycling bin outside their house?

I'd just remove them, assuming you have transport to a bottle bank. It's not worthwhile to be out moving rubbish bags about at night time.Unfortunately some people just don't get the message or notice rubbish
