Perhaps I'm being dim, in which case someone please point me in the right direction...
DH has treated us to a Nespresso (vertuo) for Valentine's. I am relatively new to coffee drinking (I know) but struggling to find exactly how much caffeine is in each pod? The website is very vague ' Vertuo coffees range from 60 to 200 mg per cup.' As I say, I'm new to coffee and also sensitive to caffeine. I have almost been weaning myself on with very weak/milky coffees for a while. I don't seem to feel ill with these vertuo coffees (like I used to with "standard" coffees) so I'm not sure if its because I've built a tolerance... I'd just like to know how much caffeine I'm pumping into my body.
Any ideas?
(Had a quick look on Costa too which seems to give all the nutritional info except caffeine content! A comparison with standard branded coffee would be very helpful) Thanks everyone and happy Saturday :)
