I won't be ltb!

Dh turn to make tea tonight, we had a chat about what we were having and then he went into the kitchen. It took him an hour and a half to make steak, oven chips and a fried egg. I can't understand how. Everything is well cooked and hot, I heard him clanging around with the pans etc at intervals but an hour and a half?! I just don't understand!

This is quite common when he makes tea and I swear he's in there clanging pans but secretly playing fifa or something!

I've just asked him how he's taken so long (not annoyed at all, grateful he's made a nice tea!). He just said he didn't know.

Aibu to set up a secret camera to figure this mystery out? Anyone else's partner take an age to cook?

My husband is a perfectionist when it comes to cooking. He's good at it, and always cooks a lovely meal when he does it. But it takes forever. He has to measure everything precisely and cut things up to tiny equally sized pieces. He definitely gets distracted with his phone though and usually watches some form if YouTube whlist doing it.
