To ask what other dances with moves - like the Macarena and YMCA - you know or do? I fancy a bop in my kitchen WFH in my lunch hour!!

Just that really - lifts my spirits hugely each time I do and fancy learning a new routine... and then amazing teen daughter.....

If you / your child has a nintendo switch can i strongly recommend just dance. My very favourite exercise :)

Oh I might like that. Do you need to buy equipment or literally just dance?

Just the game, you dance holding the controllers which register your moves. It's a lot of fun

I would LOVE to go to a class that taught these moves - now that's the kind of exercise I could love!

Las Ketchup - the Ketchup Song. Came out when I was doing my year abroad and it was absolutely massive everywhere but never made it in the UK. It's ridiculously catchy and has a great dance routine which I learned and never get the chance to show because it never gets played in the UK

Aw yeah. It was huge when dh and I were on holiday in Spain newly married. We loved it, still do and we learnt the dance. If I ever see the video/hear it played it takes me right back...
