What is it? Did you defrost completely in the fridge?

If it is within the sell by date then it is no different to having been kept in the fridge. Unless you defrosted it out of the fridge and it has been on the counter for 3days in which case bin.

If it’s been in the fridge all the time it should be fine.

Hmm, I did leave it out for a couple of hours to defrost. I’m going to bin it, as I can’t remember if it was two hours or longer.

Of course it's fine, I can't believe how wasteful people are with food.
