Hi,
Firstly sorry if this thread is in the wrong place wasn't sure where to put it.
So again this year we are planning to holiday in the uk in august, we have 4 dc, including 2 teens.
The places we are considering are Yorkshire, Northumberland,South Wales. But we want warm days. How is the weather in theses places in august. Which is the best place to visit from these places taking weather into consideration. We have traveled quite a bit of the uk and so far been lucky with the weather ( apart from snowdonia). Twice we went to Ayr in Scotland and it was lovely weather around 23 degrees but felt warmer.
We live in London, but really so want warm weather. I know no one can guarantee weather here but any ideas or experiences? Thanks

Thank you all. So now we are considering France instead. Can anyone recommend a holiday park there. Not too far from Calais, yo to 3 hours ish. Must be on the beach and have lots of water slides and pools as that's what the kids loves. Hoping the weather is better there too?
Would love to hear experiences as never been to a holiday park outside of the uk (usually hotel all inclusive). Thanks
