Should this case be referred to the DPP and/or the judge removed from the bench?

I'd really like to get your impressions on a legal case that has had a ruling handed down in Dublin.

In your opinion, should the case be referred to the DPP for a review of the sentence handed down.
Also, do you think the judge should be removed from the bench?

He handed down a sentence a few days ago for the main perpetrator of the crime of a custodial sentence of less than 5 years.

As I say, I'm just looking to get opinions on this.

People have been calling for the removal of judge Nolan for years.
Look up the recent case of a foreign national assaulting a disabled woman, then kidnapping her so he could continue to assault her. Apparently it would have been unfair to jail the man because he didn't speak much English and he would have found it hard in prison.

The fact that he is still on the bench proves in no uncertain terms how misogynistic Ireland still is.
