I'd really like to get your impressions on a legal case that has had a ruling handed down in Dublin.

In your opinion, should the case be referred to the DPP for a review of the sentence handed down.
Also, do you think the judge should be removed from the bench?
He handed down a sentence a few days ago for the main perpetrator of the crime of a custodial sentence of less than 5 years.
As I say, I'm just looking to get opinions on this.
