I keep seeing and hearing the latest campaign about all the schemes the government have to help with cost of living.
Tax free childcare is one example they use.
AIBU to think that since this existed before this all happened, it's not an extra help!! We, and all our parent friends all use it anyway. We are squeezed even with it.
I know we are lucky in that we've just about been able to absorb all the cost Increases (with major cut backs) but it's annoying me that it's being flogged as if the government are doing something great to help people.
When are they going to ACTUALLY do something for squeezed families? Shell and BP record profit announcement just the cherry on top.
