What herbal remedies work for you?

I’m looking at herbal remedies which may help increase energy and reduce anxiety… does anyone take magnesium, ginseng or Ashwangha?

I take magnesium and ashwaghanda. They've certainly helped the anxiety, particularly the ashwaghanda. I was taking 1000mg each day which didn't quite do the trick, so I've increased the dose and feel much better now.

I find lemon balm tea to be really helpful for anxiety and stress. My husband rescued a plant from b&q for 50p and it's thriving. Add a slice of real lemon and it's really quite nice
