Lost all photos of my youth

Hi - not sure where to post this but wondered if anyone has something similar happen. My hard drive packed up and I've lost all photos of my youth from ages 13-18 and i'm absolutely gutted. Can only rely on anyone whose ever posted photos of me. Anyone has something similar to happen?

Yep so sorry OP. I lost all my photos from 2005-2008 when I changed laptops and accidentally deleted my photo back up. The only time I was ever very slim and had lots of adventures and travels and my nephews were born.
