Teen son with anxiety

Posting here for traffic for than anything but am I being unreasonable to push my 16 year old ds to get help for his anxiety?
He has suffered for 3 years now and ended up dropping out of school early due to school refusal with bad anxiety.
He was referred to cahms but he won't engage in any help and has quit college twice now after the first 2 days as he can't push himself to go in due to feeling so nervous and anxious.
I have asked for help from the college and they said they can only help if he attends which I understand.
I have asked my ds to go and see the doctor for some guidance and he refuses to speak to anyone about it and then get defensive and upset.
I end up feeling so so frustrated as he is wasting his life doing nothing but will not engage in anything that will boost his confidence and help.
I'm at a loss what to do. He has looked for work but not been successful in interviews due to bluffing up a question or 2 in the interview.
Im a single parent and I work full time with another younger child to care for and I feel like im trying to fight a losing battle.
How do I help if he won't help himself ?

Unfortunately until he is able to engage in support there is very little you can do as hard as that is. All you can do is support him and gently persuade him access help

Also do seek help for yourself too, you need to look after yourself so you can look after your family.

Thanks for responding. Its very hard and I worry so much for his future.
I definitely need to put my own life jacket on though
