First time buyers and finding the whole process an absolute nightmare, I just want to run away and hide to be honest!
We have been sale agreed 3 times and have been gazumped twice, the other time the vendor withdrew from sale as they wanted more and were annoyed that they weren’t getting more interest I.e a bidding war!
We are ready to go and have a decent deposit, we aren’t going anywhere near close to the top of our budget either. Just so frustrated. Please tell me IANBU!
