Cleaner didn't even move bathroom bin/shampoo bottles/ dining chairs

As the title says. No movement of shampoo bottle. Soap scum everywhere. She did not move the bathroom bin either whilst cleaning the floor or wipe the toilet at all. She just chucked bleach in it..

She also didn't move any dining chairs whilst mopping the floor.

I don't really think there is any hope with a cleaner like this and I'll probably ask her to never come to my home to clean again. Or am I being too harsh ?

Did she run out of time? Is there too much for her to do in the time allotted?

I am super lazy and happy to do a rubbish job of my cleaning at home, and even I move the bathroom bin/ bottles in the shower!

I don't think so. 4 hours. 4 bed house. In fact she said she can do it even quicker than 4 hours, as my house is not dirty apparently. I said i don't mind, I just want it done well, even if it takes longer.

She didn't wipe under the toilet seat!! She didn't move a single chair when mopping. She also didn't put any of the cleaning supplies back in the cupboard. She left them all over the counter and I found different cloths she had used, all over the house.

That's a sloppy job, I wouldn't blame you for not having her back.

I wouldn't put any faith in a cleaner who uses bleach anyway.

Let her go. Problem is anyone can call themselves a cleaner, not everyone can do the job.

She wouldn’t clean for me again. I use an agency, and if I’m not happy I ask them to send someone else… until I am happy. My cleaner is a professional- she cleans much better than I ever could, and that’s what I expect from a cleaner.

I just don't think there's any point in even trying to tell her what she did wrong to see if she improves, as it was just too many things that weren't right.

Sloppy - don’t have her back.

Cleaner didn’t do a great job, gave her less to do - fewer rooms and more instruction - they just did less rooms and it was still a job undone. Initially I thought something is better than nothing but it hit too annoying.
