Spiritualist church

Me and my friend have decided to go along to a spiritualist church on Sunday evening. Just wondering what to expect? Is it more casual than a normal church? What would we wear?

What would we wear?

A white sheet of course. Don't forget holes for your eyes.

It's cold at the moment. Even in a normal church everyone would be wearing thick coats, layers and sensible shoes.

Churches are never heated adequately.

Most spiritualist church services I've been to have been in hired meeting places, so more modern than an old draughty church. I've only recalled one being held in a church, a Methodist church.

People don't dress up, so go for comfort and warmth. Take a notepad, of you get a reading, get the person you're with to make notes, or take notes yourself as you won't recall everything.

Take a couple of extra quid for raffle, coffees etc if you like that sort of thing. :)

What the actual heck?! I really, really hope you're wrong about that.
