To be worried about buying car unseen

Cinch and Cazoo. They scare me but I think I love the idea of it. Anyone had experience of these? Was the car as described etc No nasty surprise? What happened if you did have a problem was it dealt with well? Help me out please 🙏🏼

Valid point OP. Even with the returns policy if I understand the adverts correctly.

Slightly different but I bought a second hand car from a Volkswagen garage approx 3 hours from me. They delivered it for free with a 3 month warranty and breakdown cover. I spent around £17k and the car has been great.

My mum has used Cazoo, from my understanding it came from a garage through cazoo and she spoke to the sales man who was very honest about the condition of the car. She has also been happy.
