At what fitness do you feel healthy?

Not: how much do you weigh, what's your BMI.

What do you do that makes you feel healthy or fit?

I do 3 strength sessions a week, two of those with a PT. I do a cycle and 2 cardio classes on top of that.

My BMI states I'm overweight but PTs commend my fitness.

What cool things do others do?
